Arriving via St. Maarten
Just seven miles from Anguilla, St. Maarten's Julianna International Airport (SXM) is serviced by nonstop flights from New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Canada, Amsterdam and Paris.
Arrive to Anguilla from St Maarten either by boat or air. Guests can be met directly at the airport by private boat for a twenty five minute trip to Anguilla. The short boat ride from St. Maarten allows you to relax and begin your vacation the minute you step off the plane in St. Maarten. For guests preferring to fly an eight minute charter flight can be arranged from St. Maarten to Anguilla.
Arriving via Anguilla Wallblake Airport (AXA)
The island's airport is called Anguilla Wallblake (AXA), or Wallblake airport to the locals. Located in The Valley, the capital city of Anguilla, the airport sits at an elevation of 108 feet above sea level (33 meters) and is 5,462 feet long (1,665 meters). In 2004, the Wallblake runway was lengthened to this length to accommodate larger commercial aircraft, and can easily handle most private jets and smaller aircraft.
From San Juan, Puerto Rico
One hour east of Puerto Rio, visitors can fly directly into Anguilla's Wallblake Airport from San Juan, Puerto Rico via American Eagle/American Airlines. San Juan is a hub for American Airlines. San Juan has direct flight service to and from most major U.S. cities.
From Other Islands in the Area
Guests may opt to fly directly to St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Thomas or St. Kitts via American/American Eagle, Jet Blue, Air France, LKM, ATA or LIAT for easy transfer to Anguilla.
