Our gourmet culinary team combines freshly caught seafood, locally grown produce, the best cuts of meat, and imported delicacies to bring you the finest cuisine in the Caribbean. Balancing French, Asian and Caribbean flavors, no detail is overlooked from the homemade tropical sorbets to the infused rums digestives . Menus are custom designed to fit every guests needs and all requests from vegetarian to kosher meals can be accommodated.

Our General Manager enjoys the art of pairings and can help match a series of wines, from our extensive wine list, to the menu each day. For those interested we can provide excellent Cuban cigars to finish your meal.
